Our next Pike Competition will be held on Kilgory Lake on Sunday 23rd March between 12-5.

 


 

Rules & Rates

 

No Life Jacket

No Fishing

No Exception

 Pike Competition Rules

The Club operates a policy of catch and release.

No live baiting.

No dead fish will be weighed in.

One rod only to be used.

Fish – depth finders permitted.

Fish must be weighed in as soon as practical.

No more than three fish per person will be weighed in at close of competition.

Weigh cards must be handed in as soon as competition is over.

No more than 3 persons per boat.

 

1st Prize:      Heaviest Fish

2nd Prize:      2nd Heaviest Fish

3rd Prize:      3rd Heaviest Fish

4th Prize:      Secret Weight 

Pools:      Heaviest Individual Aggregate Weight.

 

Trout Lake Rules 

Strictly Members only.

Season 17th March to 30th September inclusive.

3 fish per person per day.

Only one rod may be used at one time.

Any legal method (definitely no maggots).

No fish under 12” to be retained.

Proof of membership must be carried.

Take all litter home.

Catch numbers must be recorded.

Life Jackets must be worn at all times.

Respect the Land Owner and his Land, do not block gateway or damage land by vehicles.

Any member in breach of these rules will be banned from the club.

 

    Membership Rates   

        Tulla and District Coarse Angling Association welcomes all anglers to join us.

        We offer membership at the following rates:

        Junior Membership                       7 euro

        Coarse Membership                     17 euro

        Coarse & Trout Membership         42 euro

        Day tickets are also available for the Trout Lake.

Charity Pike Competition

 

Tulla and District Anglers will host The Pepper Cup on Lough Graney on Sunday 6th April between 12-5. All proceeds from the competition will go to The Raheen Community Hospital, your support would be greatly appreciated and all are welcome
